How to Get Involved with the IAE

Student/Member

  • Who Qualifies: Open to students and those not meeting other membership levels.
  • Benefits: Access to resources and networking to kickstart your entrepreneurial journey.

 

Associate

  • Who Qualifies: Aimed at startups seeking skills to avoid the 80% failure rate.
  • Benefits: Associate members access resources to support their business ventures, including professional development tools, industry insights, and a network of entrepreneurs. Ideal for developing startup skills, associates receive Level 1 of the IAE Toolkit with their annual fee.

 

Fellowship

  • Who Qualifies: For seasoned entrepreneurs looking to boost business success.
  • Eligibility: Applicants should meet four of the following criteria for fellowship. If minimum requirements aren't met, a concession may be requested:
    • Be at least 25 years old.
    • Have three years of experience managing a business as a Director, Sole Trader, or Partner.
    • Serve as a Director or CEO of a Social Enterprise.
    • Have five years of senior management experience, including strategic involvement.
    • Possess a business diploma, degree, or completion of the IAE Toolkit.
    • Hold membership in a recognised professional body.
    • Have held a Public Office position for at least one year.
    • Have published a business-related article.
    • Achieved recognition for work in a social enterprise.
    • Received academic recognition, such as teaching or lecturing roles.
